During this unprecedented time, things can become very challenging for our pupils and their families. These can be financial struggles, struggles with family dynamics when we are all stuck in the house together or a range of mental health struggles: feeling isolated, overwhelmed, worried.
Children can find the massive change to routine, not seeing their friends and not fully understanding what is going on makes them worried, sad or even angry.
It is okay to feel these struggles and pressures, but it is important that when these feelings become too much to handle that we have someone to talk to.
