Sandrine has been helping us to learn about the culture of Québec during both our French lessons and clubs.  Recently the children made Pudding Chômeur - a regional dish especially popular during the saison des sucres, when maple sap is collected and processed. On l'adore!

The children in P2/P3 french club have been having lots of fun learning about 'la galette des rois.'  Doriane even made some for them to taste.  Quelle chance!
